Getting locked out of your apartment can be very frustrating, but our team is here to help no matter the time of day. During normal business hours, residents can contact the leasing office for assistance. For after hours lockouts, residents can call the emergency maintenace service for further assistance.
During the summer, the pool is open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm.
Our apartments come fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer
Yes, our team will hold any packages for your pick-up.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

There is no charge to tour our community.
Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, appointmens are always preferred so that we can ensure our team is prepared to assist you.
Residents have several convenient options to pay rent. Online through our resident portal system; payments can also be dropped off at our Corporate Office, or sent via mail.
All utilities are individually metered and not included in the monthly rent payment.
Electric services are provided by DTE energy. Gas services are provided by Consumer's Energy.
Service is available from AT&T and Comcast.
Subletting is prohibited at all Singh apartment communities.
Our community is located in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District.
Costco, Target, and Target are all located within minutes from our community. Twelve Oaks Mall and the Novi Shopping District are also located just a few miles away.
